Dr Jess is the Director of Unleashed Culture Consulting, where she works with organisations to build People Solutions for the Animal Industry. Having held roles such as CEO of RSPCA Darwin, Manager Wildlife Health at Taronga Zoo, General Manager of Perth Vet Specialists, as well as lectured vet students and trained for big pharma, Dr Jess is generally committed to building the resilience and sustainability of our industry, our teams, and the individuals within it. She does this by working with veterinary teams and individuals to build resilience, transform cultures, and empower professionals to have fulfilling, impactful careers.
